Since it was such a nice evening yesterday, my husband decided to take our son, Adam, on his first "camping" trip! Adam was SO excited! He helped Daddy set the tent up in the backyard, then went to his room to pack his backpack full of books and toys to take camping. They went to bed at 7:30! (My poor husband!). But Adam was so excited that I could still hear him talking at 11:30 - I had my window open, so I could hear them in the backyard! Unfortunately, I couldn't go with them because I had to stay in the house with Noah (he's too little to camp!). My husband is pretty tired this morning, but Adam is still talking about camping with Daddy, and he can't wait to go again! I actually got some stamping done last night while they were out in the yard, so I'll put up some photos later today.

Ahhhhhh! What a wonderful idea,to camp in your backyard! You guys are awesome PARENTS...those kids are the luckiest!!
Great idea!! I bet they stayed a little cooler in all of the heat! HA Those darn kid's are so lucky they have cool parent's!! My mom and dad would have never have done that with us!!
